Peplum has scoop back design and circle skirt that is great for twirling. Shorties have elastic waistband. Peplum is made in main print, shorties in the coordinating print shown. 
 
All items made from bamboo cotton spandex, custom printed in Lubbock, TX. Fabric is prewashed and shrunk before production.
